0:08.0	grand jury together and begin investigating the Chicago Police scandal of Yolanda Tali,
0:17.0	Chief of the Chicago Internal Affairs Division, Tali's car, Harlan and Kenneth Miles, a convicted
0:25.2	drug dealer and confidential informant in the controversial Anjana Young raid. Yeah, that's a mouthful.
0:35.2	So how about this? We need the U.S. Attorney now. According to the CWB Chicago website, Miles
0:45.2	was named as the confidential informant in the Anjana Young case by Kopa, the civilian office of police
0:52.2	accountability. Hey Kopa, since when are sea eyes identified in public documents? Miles

1:26.2	girlfriend. The niece of the IAD boss and the west side drug dealer who is a sea eye are said to be a couple.
1:34.2	Isn't that nice? And Auntie IAD gives her the car to drive the drug dealer around? My question.
1:45.2	Does Chief Tali also have a relationship with Kenneth Miles? And if so, what kind
1:53.2	of relationship is that exactly? Do they go to movies together or do they just have coffee
2:02.2	clutches or take cooking classes or maybe they don't have a relationship whatsoever?
2:08.2	And it's all, here's my car, my niece, take my car with the drug dealer and have a good time driving.
2:18.2	I don't know, but I sure would want to find out. The same Chinatown Jake, it's the Chicago way
2:28.2	bro and Lightfoot's administration and her top cops protecting Tali are neck deep in it.
2:36.2	And Lightfoot buries it just as fast as she can down some city hall rabbit hole.
2:43.2	Here's the problem with all this. The city is overwhelmed by violent crime.
2:49.2	Victims and people in some neighborhoods don't want to talk to detectives working homicide.
2:55.2	And you know what? There is a federal consent decree, Laurie, and you've used it to beat the police up.
