boss Prakwinkle, she of the sensible shoes for reelection without

mentioning ever once, Kim Fox, and the crime, the crime, the spike in

crime that's going on throughout the city, tearing the city apart.

And doesn't mention Tony Prakwinkle as being at the center of that web.
