My name is Andy Spateri, and as always, I'm joined by Taylor Wells.

I'm doing okay.

It's been a long week, but some good stuff in there.

How about you?

I'm doing okay as well. Calgary, Alberta, the city where I live, is this smog-filled, hazy city for the last week.

So there's a bunch of forest fires going on in British Columbia, the province right next to us.

So it looks like it's nighttime at about noon because there's so much smoke.

It looks like a heavy fog, and it's awful.

It's awful for my eyes and my nose.

It's making me go haywire.

But aside from that fact, I'm doing pretty good.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy.

I live in L.A., so I've had my fair experiences of forest fires.

Well, not forest fires, but more like our mountains and hills have a lot of really dry.

When I was in San Francisco in October, we flew out just before, like, half the valley set on fire.

Yeah.

That was good timing.

But, yeah, about every August, it's forest fire season.

And so this year has been the worst I've ever seen, actually.

That's crazy, though.
