I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging almost 21,000 steps a day.

That's not my goal, but merely a reflection of just how much I love walking for just the sheer pleasure of it,

as well as the long-term benefits and the benefits that are happening right now.

It is the weirdest thing.

When we lived in Maryland,

and I had a fantastic, efficient, well-oiled fitness routine machine Monday through Friday. My wife would probably call it, he's stuck in his ways.

And I was.

But some of those ways were pretty good actually.

And fitness was rarely a problem, keeping that fitness promise to myself,

was rarely a problem, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

But when I would hit the weekend, man, it's because it's a whole different routine.

So, Saturday, because I didn't have to get up super early to go to work.
