Summary

Welcome back to our long-time listeners, and welcome to those of you who are new to the family. Chad shares in this short episode after seven years of running this show, we are relaunching with a new season focusing more on cultural topics that affect you, your family, your city, your state, and the country. We've lost the ability to think critically in our world today and common sense isn't so common anymore. Ideas do have consequences and we're seeing those consequences play out in the world around us right now and many of those to detrimental reasons. It's time for us to sow some good seed into our minds and so we're going to have fun doing it! We appreciate those of you who have been with us for all of these years and want to encourage you to tell others about the show and let's grow our family! These episodes will also be available on Rumble and YouTube - Chad Prather.

0:41.0

And I'm still going to continue on with them as a contributor, but this podcast I felt like it was important

0:46.2

that we take it into a more independent direction. As many of you know, we've spent a lot of time making fun of

0:50.8

the current headlines, getting into some political topics and being able to talk about the events that happen every single day but I wanted to get away from that and be able to get into some more overarching cultural topics things that affect you, affect your family,

1:04.4

affect your city, your state, and even our country.

1:08.0

And I'm hoping that we can get into some topics that are not just cultural and

1:12.4

how they affect things like politics, but how they affect

1:15.4

your day-to-day lives, how do you run your family, how do you embrace the voices that are coming

1:19.8

your way, the narratives that are being pushed on you with the agendas that are backing them.

1:24.3

Those of you have followed me for any length of time.

1:26.0

You already know that I'm a big proponent of critical thinking.

1:29.6

I believe that we've lost the ability to do that in our world today.

1:35.0

I think that complex thought is very important and I'm hoping, as always, that whenever we look at a topic, we can find an end around and kind of take a

1:44.0

backdoor approach and look at that topic in a way that the rest of the world maybe

1:48.1

isn't looking at it. So it's a common sense approach but as we know common sense
