Well it's interesting you say that, Satchi, because cell phones play a huge role in the story I'm about to tell you, and it all happens in prison.

It's June 2018 and Arthur Coefield is scrolling through Instagram. Arthur is a very large heavy-set black man in his mid-20s. He's in a tiny sweltering room in
