According to my new friend Alice in the records office, Charles

Dexter Ward owned a trailer there. If I'm right, this is the place where he moved all

his books and his experiments to when he cleared everything out of the house on Prospect Street.

Okay, here we go. You could pretty easily miss that sign,

which would be kind of a shame because it's actually a cool sign.

It's a little faded, but from what I can make out, it seems to be a hand-painted thing,

almost like an old-fashioned carnival sign.

And it shows a figure sitting on the rock in the middle of the ocean.
