Summary
In THE CALL OF THE TAME a Rough Rider is in New York City for Teddy Roosevelt's inaugaration when he meets an old friend who had once worked with him on a ranch but is now living comfortably in the city. In the end, a few cocktails help him see the city in a new light.
In THE CHAMPION OF THE WEATHER, a group of men gathered around a campfire ask their guide how he can tell a New Yorker apart from other men.
