It's just been announced the brand is being sold to Italy's Damiani Group

in a move that's sure to reverberate throughout the Swiss watch industry.

We talked to Michael Gwino, the CEO, about the approachably priced brand-storied history,

its place within the Richemont Group,

and about reports the brand was up for sale. But first, I'm joined by a very special guest,

Adrian Barker, of Bark and Jack, the YouTube channel and accessory maker with their great straps,

as well as other products. And he's also
