There is nothing on the docket yet that confirms it.

However, everything is reporting that Brian Koberger is taking a plea deal and that

that hearing is set for July 2nd, which is Wednesday. It does not surprise me that we already

see a hearing on the docket because this is coming from, I believe, the victim's family.

They received communications about this,

and it seemed that they shared those communications

with Brian Enten and others in the news media.

So when you have the victim's family saying they received a heads up on this,

I believe the communications that they received a heads up on this. I believe the communications
