This is episode one post vacation.

I'm back in Ohio and as I landed back near my home on Saturday night, I got a message

that Quinn Sean Judkins had been arrested. You probably have seen the details. He is out of jail. He is due to do his full legal process. And we will see. I believe from what we know, there are a wide range of outcomes on this as it pertains to his football career.

We will let the legal process play out.

Because I'm not a lawyer, because I wasn't there, I won't jump to any conclusions on that front.

I'll tell you from covering this stuff for a long time.

The NFL is generally really quick with its own investigations and if not conclusions.

Something close to that when it makes its rulings and decisions in this case.

The other layer here, terms of right in front of us, as Quinn Sean Judkins is not under contract.

He had not signed as I think up maybe 29 or 30 of the second rounders had not signed as they're holding out for.

And maybe holding out is not yet the correct term as they're wanting fully guaranteed contracts as the first two signed did get.

Anyway, that leaves him in legal limbo and in contract limbo.

It could all be resolved.

He could be placed on the commissioner's exempt list.

We will see.
