This is one of those where some of the guys you grew up with or grew up watching.

Obviously, we're about the same age, but guys you just watched on TV.

These guys were legends where they flipped the script a couple of years and they actually become close friends of years.

And such is the case with today's guest, Brian Deegan.

Now, Brian Deegan, I've known him from a long time.

We kind of first met when he was racing Global Rally Cross back in the day.

And I was doing some announcing. But I'm going to tell you this guy.

I mean, his family, you know, the entire atmosphere around the Deegan family is just amazing.

He's a great family man and a businessman.

And you know, he's created just basically an empire from nothing.

And you know, I fortunate enough that, you know, he's actually got a podcast now on Podcast One.

But, you know, I actually went out to his compound in Southern California and spent, uh,

spending afternoon with him.
