I'll say that again because I've loved it. You are Slate's culture editor. I am.

And we saw the Bourne legacy together last night. We were both super excited to see it.

Yeah, I think the Bourne franchise has been my favorite summer movie franchise from the last five or six years or how for many years it's been running. The movies tend to come out in August,

and they're always sort of, I don't know, they're just like smart, fast-paced,

interesting thrillers.

They're a nice, I think, alternative, if you don't love a comic book, tent pole type

movie, but you do love a summer action popcorn movie.

The Boren movies have always kind of delivered for me, so I was very pumped for this.

Right, and they also have that slight philosophical angle because of the amnesia thing and the kind of moral quandary of Jason Bourne. So they've got a little bit more going on than just coblamo to the bad guys.

Exactly. So, but let's do a quick reaction to this one before we start wading through the

incredibly convoluted plot. So you were a little bit disappointed. I was disappointed. You know,
