And this is Dimmity in Denver and I think I speak for our whole tribe when I say our hearts are very heavy still it is a Wednesday

afternoon about 48 hours after the Boston tragedy went down and we're probably

listening to this maybe in a couple days and we know that the media

barrages us with images and stories and it gets a little overwhelming.

But we really wanted to take this opportunity to hear about the race, the

race especially and the aftermath with two mother runners who are good friends of
