You've brokered over a thousand deals. What I really like is you've been an active investor since 2014. So, you know, not like a lot of the folks that, you know, just got into the last

few years and they've, you know, they've had nothing but success. But let's talk about when you first came in the industry because at that time,

Yeah. So I started in 2005. That's when I first became a broker. And that there, that was a

pretty good time, but it was right before the Great Recession in 2007.

So I had a little bit of time to get my feet wet.

And then all of a sudden we're into the worst recession that people had seen in decades.

So it was really that beat to the fire kind of moment.
