Previously on, we'll just talk about New Year's, the holidays, and touch on the Harry Potter Union, which was a delightful way to spend time with loved ones.

We will go into the airlock, which is a dive into the Hawkeye finale with the great and wonderful Rosie Knight.

We will do the omnibus on the history of Hawkeye and the archetype of the noble bandit slash outlaw character that Hawkeye is clearly influenced by.

We'll go into the hive mind where we discuss Book of Boba Fett episodes one and two parenthesis Bob episode one and two with the experts from Star Wars explained Alex and Molly.

And we will have a very special nerd out by Nada Adabani on Attack of Titan, which she has been bullying me in the best way to watch.

And which I will finally do because of this segment first up previously on Happy New Year everybody.

I hope everybody got to spend time with people they care about with people who care about them. And I hope that 2022 is much better than the previous two years in all the ways that matter to you.

I got to go home. I got to see my family for the first time in two years. My nephew is now almost four. And what did I get him you ask? Okay, I'll tell you what I got him.

He loves his uncle by the way. PS beloved by kids. I got him a teenage meet Ninja Turtles omnibus. Welcome to the world of the pizza eating Ninja Turtles.

And I got him a Spider-Man comic. The McFarlane Spider-Man run because he's gotten into venom. He is a venom mask. He was venom for Halloween. So that was really fun.

And it was just great to see people. Speaking of great to see people. I know many of you watch the Harry Potter reunion. I watched as well. I've been texting and talking with my former cohost and great creative partner and friend Mallory Ruminamata. It's really been great.

It's great to just I thought it was going to be more of a roundtable is much more produced than I was expecting.

But I think that there and will dive into this in a deeper way at a later date right now is just to say I really loved it. Like, you know, there's something special about like spending so much time with characters.

That they really become friends. And I think the thing that at least in my mind that I had like not thought very deeply about because it just seemed so obvious was just like how much those actors, Daniel, Emma, Rupert and so on. Just like how they really did grow up together.

And how special that must be to have that, you know, you as often happens as always happens really. Life is happening. You're living it. It's moving past you. You're moving past it. It's kind of like chaotic. You're doing this thing.

You're doing whatever you're doing. You're in school. You have a job. You're with friends, whatever. You're just dealing with life on a second to second minute to minute basis. And then it's only later that you're like, oh, that was actually really cool.

That was a really cool time. Certain things. Some of the bad stuff hopefully received some of the really fun heartwarming things kind of like raise. And you realize that you got to spend time with people that maybe you didn't appreciate because now your life is different. And that was really cool to watch that happen through the lens of the people who are actually involved in making that movie.
