Summary

It's 4:18am on April 18, 2016. 45-year-old fitness instructor and mother of three, Missy Bevers, arrives at the Creekside Church in Midlothian, TX to host a boot-camp style workout that's being held indoors due to heavy rain. Upon entering the building alone, however, Missy is attacked by a vicious assailant, and soon after found unresponsive when her students begin to arrive. In the aftermath, investigators make a harrowing discovery on the church's motion-activated surveillance footage: a person in full police tactical gear carrying a hammer the cops say matches Missy's wounds. Three years later, however, we still don't know the killer's identity, and the investigation is no closer to bringing closure to the family than when it started. 1:31.0	It's a frustrating case, one rife with speculation from media and the public, as several years have passed without providing any more answers than we had back in 2016.
1:41.0	For all intents and purposes, the case seems to have gone cold.
1:45.3	While they have shuffled the deck on investigators over time to try to get a fresh perspective,
1:49.9	there haven't been any significant new leads becoming public knowledge.
1:53.8	The narrative seems to be the same as it was, right from the start.
1:58.3	Which isn't good, because this is a case loaded with surveillance footage not only in relation to a suspect, but also a vehicle that may have been used in the crime.
