Welcome into the Fantasy Pros Football Podcast.

I am Ryan Warmly joined as I am every Friday morning by Derek Brown and Pat Fitzmores.

It is the semifinals.

We have made it.

This is the second straight year where I have gotten several teams to the semifinals.

I'm hoping it will not be the third straight year where nearly all of those teams are eliminated.

Of course, what would help is if I'm not facing any of these Rams players in as many of these

matchups as possible. What a game, Thursday night football, 38 to 37 in overtime, Seahawks over the Rams. I feel like it is a bit

of a cliche every time we get a really good game in primetime in any kind of standalone spot.

Everybody starts saying game of the year, game of the year. This Debrough really could have been

that. Yeah. I mean, I tweeted it out. Is this the game of the year? Because I mean, you could easily put in the top three, top five for however you want to order other games this season. And it was fantastic, man. I mean, I missed Thursday night has kind of become like, you know, catching up at the gym night. So the first half I was there. And I was like, I'm checking the score the whole time on my phone. I'm like, it doesn't look like I'm missing a ton. I get home and I start watching the second

like oh oh we got a game baby and it just took off from there dude so yes if you're going against

Puganakuwa most likely good luck we'll see you in 2026 but uh you know, I was kind of similar. I'm visiting a friend of mine for a few days before I go up to visit my family over Christmas. And so, you know, you obviously want to spend time with them. We were playing a little game last night. And so I kind of had the TV on muted that I was glancing at and trying to pay attention to her for the first half. And then he and his wife went to bed.

And so we were like, okay, I'll sit here and just watch the rest of the game by myself. And then it got really, really good. And, you know, we got overtime and, you know, a lot of big plays, a lot of scoring. So it was, it was very fun. Fitz, did you survive facing Stafford and or Puka anywhere? Or are you kind of burying your team this morning

given what happened last night if you were facing them anywhere? Faced Puka in one league,

have Puka in another league. Unfortunately, the league where I faced him is a home money

league where I'm trying to repeat as champion.

And so I've gone from a pretty decided favorite to a pretty decided underdog.
