ownership saga. On Monday, the Freakin Group reached an agreement to buy Farab Mashiri's majority

94% stake in the Toffees. This would appear to bring an end to Mushiri's rain and closes

a loop on Miami-based investment firm's 777 partners attempt to buy the club from last year.
