I'm taking over for Stephen today, I guess, because he can't make the show.

I would like to apologize to all of our loyal fans.

Not that anybody called us out for it because

seems like we must not really have loyal fans but we did miss a meet I think on

Tuesday one was yeah robots or whatever the hell it was we missed it completely missed. I didn't even see anything about it on

Twitter or anything like that, so it must not have been that great of a beat.

But we'll go with that. We're back. We're back with the we're going to make up for Rabot with the biggest

meat of the year so maybe you can consider this episode the biggest meat pod of of the season with

special guest Chris Chavez because Stephen Kirsch has I don't know he's dropped the

ball yet again proving to everybody how big of a disappointment

he is, but Stephen could not make it today. So we brought him the big guns. We brought him

Chris Chavez. And I'm looking forward to this, mostly because when Stephen and I do these podcasts, it becomes glaringly apparent how little we know about track and field.

So to have someone who's verified on Twitter, someone who's

made a career out of track and field knowledge.

It's, I feel a tremendous relief,

and I'm just gonna lean on you.

Even though this is I guess technically my

podcast I'm going to lean on you exclusively for information and takes on this on

this me.
