Hey everybody, this is Sophie, this is Bama. Hey, it's Melanie, it's Big Mama.

And we heard back from our week away. Yes, we had a little week of vacation. Somebody messaged me and said, hey, I was about to clean the house.

And there's not a podcast. Is it user error on my part, which I thought I appreciate that because I would totally get that.

I'd be like, well, I've clearly screwed something up. But I was like, no, we actually did take a week off. That's where we have been.

We did. And we started our week off or we we approached the week off, not with really solid plans, at least not on my end.

But it developed into a week of some plans, which we'll get to later.

But you and Caroline actually had quite a week of plans.

We did. Well, we had planned a long time ago, like back in February, I had looked at because back when we were still in the thick of COVID, hotel rooms were a really good deal.

And so there's a really nice resort here called lock and Tara. And so she and I had decided what we wanted to do because we said we wanted to do a mother daughter trip.

But we kind of were like, but what do we want to do just lay out by pool? So I was like, well, what if we just stay here because back when I booked it, I was like, I don't know what's going to be open or where we can go.

Plus, we needed to do a lot of shopping for like dorm stuff and college stuff. So we went out to lock and Tara, which is a great resort here in town. And we had a spa day.

I'm going to tell you they have a spa out there called Loma de Vida.
