Vauxhall plant in Luton. I'll say that again, May 2023, nothing but sympathy, still, content for the conmen,

compassion for the con for the car workers affected, or the van workers affected, but here is a story,

as I say, from about 18 months ago. One of the world's biggest carmakers has warned that it may

have to close UK factories if the government does not renegotiate the Brexit deal.

Stellantis, which owns Vauxal,

Peugeot, Citron and Fiat had committed to making electric cars in the UK but says that is under

threat. It warned it could face tax. I could go on, right? But hey-ho, let's not mention that.

Hey, in much of the coverage that I've seen today, let's not mention the fact that the company

closing a factory warned 18 months ago that it would probably have to close a factory as a direct consequence of the Brexit deal negotiated by David Frost.

Going to sign some petition instead, calling upon the only prime minister in the last five to have actually been delivered Downing Street by a general election on his first time round.

It's extraordinary, isn't it? The way that these conmen, these absolute

shysters, these charlatans, in the case of Donald Trump, these rape apologists, constantly just

trying to break new things and direct attention towards new distractions. People are losing their

jobs in Luton, as a direct consequence if Vauxhall themselves are to be believed of Brexit, of the

ludicrous so-called deal that Boris Johnson passed off on a pliant nation as some sort of achievement.
