some of the basics of the mechanics of an offer

sheet. So when a player is a restricted free agent, which means, hey, he's got some freedom,

but it's restricted. Another team can say, hey, here's an offer for you to consider. The player

then either says, nah, no thanks, or he can sign it to say, yes, this is an offer I would embrace.

I would want to be bound to if all things were equal, if I were able to be, though I know I'm restricted.

And that restriction is the team that has his rights now. Phoenix

has a right to match the offer sheet. And if they do, they then adopt the contract terms.

So in a way, what we now know is if you're Aiton, you're making 133 million over the next four years.

The only question is, will it be with the Pacers or Sons or Sons initially in someone else or

Pacer's initially in someone else? It is noteworthy that the S sons, if they do match it, will need to keep Aiton. They can't trade him until January.
