and their decision. Yeah, Texans quarterback Deshawn Watson will not be criminally charged

after a grand jury found a lack of evidence from the nine accusations of sexual misconduct. The matter

now turns into a civil case with a pretrial press conference set for early May. Okay, and listen,

we're doing legal stuff here, so we've got to be

very specific. You know, the announce or the news guy said before, who's our news guy today, AJ?

Now, obviously, there's times that a civil case might get settled because they don't want the

witnesses testifying in the criminal matter, so maybe they end up paying, you know, what ends up

happening is they pay extra money and they get a gag order on them.

There's different ways that those two tracks influence the other.

Obviously, if you have a civil or a criminal conviction, the civil case gets much easier.

They're related because it's the same matter typically that's being adjudicated, but they really aren't related. It's not like it turns

into, it would have been civil anyway. It's just all that's left now is the civil. Yeah, the matter
