So I've been with my husband for 16 years. We met in 2002, but we count 2004 because we really fucked up the first two years.

And it's interesting having been with a same-sex partner for this long because I think in the early 2000s, when you're a woman or a man or a man, you kind of feel like you're exempt from certain questions or rules, right?

You're kind of punk rock because no one's going to ask you like when you're going to have kids, you're safe from that nonsense, right?
