If I go into any situation, I usually feel like I have good leverage because I'm not afraid to walk

0:06.6

away or say no. I was just about to say that. Yeah. Because the best leverage is always, I don't

0:12.4

care if this deal happens or not. Correct. Yeah. The one who is willing to walk away always has

0:18.4

the best leverage. I mean, that's always good leverage, right? So, but you want to wait to have

0:26.2

your conversation until you know you're pretty airtight. Yeah. Yeah. Because like just thinking

0:35.6

through this through the different deals I do, it's like, okay, if I'm in a real estate deal and

0:40.2

I'm talking to a seller, I'm like, that didn't change my life whether I buy your home or not.

0:44.6

It's not going to matter to me, right? One way or the other, I'm going to be fine. And so you have

always the one who's going to have good leverage, right? And looking at whether or not the narcissist

1:18.7

has that leverage too. I mean, a lot of times with the narcissist, they're like, they want to get

1:25.3

1:30.6

they may have found a new source of supply. They may have found their next thing that they want to

1:36.0

get to. That's good leverage for you if you have found that. And they don't want to be exposed to

1:41.6

that next person, especially if they've left damage in their wake, that might be good leverage too.

1:46.8

Yeah. So, you know, you got to take a look at whether or not that might be something that you can

1:52.1

potentially use. I call it ethically manipulating the manipulator, you know? Yeah. I mean, use what

1:58.3

you've got. Yeah. For sure. I mean, they're going to create their own roadblocks, throw it at them

2:04.6

or their own damage. Yeah. So what what's the next step in the process? So anticipate what
