I remember it was one of those books that sort of really hit the juggler of everybody. And I knew of you from much earlier on in the 80s because I think that you were

a founder of Neal's Yard Dairy. And it was one of those places before, in a way, cheese became so sort of trendy, in a funny way,

At the dairy, we travelled all over the country, visiting farms and collecting cheese. I mean, it was, you know,
