Jamie is the representative for Maryland's 8th Congressional District.

He is a constitutional scholar who has absolutely been a champion in Congress of pushing back against a lot of the chaos and craziness on the Republican side of the equation in the last few years.

And he's done it from a perspective that

for I think for a while Democrats kind of ceded the Republicans it's the rule of

law and the Constitution and how much they matter in our system no matter which party

you are in.

And for that I'm really delighted he's joined us today on the enemy's list.
