Two days ago, Attorney General Bill Barr

released a four-page letter summarizing what he claimed

were the principal conclusions of the Mueller report.

Among other things, Barr said that Mueller had concluded there was not sufficient evidence to prove

that the Trump campaign conspired with the Russian government.

Barr also said that Mueller did not conclude one way or another whether Trump obstructed justice.

But Barr himself concluded that Trump had not done so.

Mueller's report is still not that Trump had not done so.

Mueller's report is still not publicly available,

and there may be a fight ahead over disclosure.

So when will we see the Mueller report?
