Then got in trouble with the Federal Trade Commission again.

Then got in trouble with various states' attorneys again, then got in trouble with various

states' attorneys general. And just a few years ago, he was released from a penitentiary in the

state of Washington after serving a part of his 88-month sentence for tax evasion. Now you'd think that he would have learned his lesson after going to prison.

You'd think, but you'd be wrong.
