We have a category today that we are going to be delivering over the best male actor.

And before we begin, I just want to say that like, I thought I was on some pretty progressive

shit when we did best male actor best female actor eschewing the actor and actress

right not my categories it only to find myself six so what what five five years categories. the furinginal pronunciation to it nowadays.

And the fact that like, you know,

there's a lot of people that are lying

betwixt these categories.

They're starting to do good work in Hollywood. What do you do with a person who says I am neither male nor female I do not

respect traditional gender norms or you know it's easy to have a person who's a trans woman or a trans man, you just put them in the category that they identify with.

But when someone says that they are, I was just watching John Wick 3 and you know the main kind of bad villain the the middle management of the table is a non-binary

person let's say that they did excellent work one year and got to the top of an acting category, what the

fuck do?

And the dilemma here is if you just abolish the categories and just have best actor.

Because of other things in society, I think that men, traditionally masculine men, are going to destroy that category like just clean it up because a lot of the serious role like most of the serious roles a lot of the stars
