I feel like we just sat through an intense episode, a lot of feelings, but good to be here.

Yes. This might be one of the sad- Was I the only one that cried tonight?

I know. It was a sad episode tonight. A lot happening, super intense.

Listen, I was nervous all day because I saw that Katie had posted and said,

watch with loved ones might be triggering. And then I saw Mike Fleiss tweeted and said,

this is going to be heart wrenching. And I was driving home, getting ready to watch,

thinking, is this like an ayahuasca healing ceremony? You're like, what are we about to sit through tonight? I know, man. It was pretty intense. So we'll get into it. But first, before we do that, man, why don't you tell people about kind of what you do and, you know, why you're on and why you have so many relationships in Bachelor nation, actually, it seems like you know a lot of people.

Yeah.

Well, you know, it's a crazy journey and isn't it always.
