Hey, everyone. To be honest, not really sure what to talk about right now. I bet there's probably a lot of you that feel like that. Confused or angry. Just not wanting to participate. I'm sure I'm not the only one who kind of just wants to shut out the rest of the world for a bit. I really get it. And honestly, I'm not,

I'm not going to tell you not to feel like that. There's a lot of reasons to be upset right now.

What I do want to tell you is something that I've discovered in my own life. Whenever I feel like

I can't do anything, whenever I feel like I don't have the emotional, mental, or physical bandwidth to

get out and deal with it anymore, what I do that really helps me is I find a way to serve others.

I find a place in my little bubble to do some good. It doesn't really have to be a lot. You can

grab some coffee and just have a

pleasant chat with a stranger and really connect with them for a moment. Or help a neighbor put up

decorations or just finally tell that friend of yours how much they've always inspired you.

So honestly, if you're a little burnt out right now, I get it. I'm not here to

harp on you and I'm not here to tell you you need to do this or do that. But hopefully,

hopefully we can lighten your mood just a little bit today because I'm pretty freaking revved up,

you guys. I haven't been on in a bit, and I want some good arguments for God, okay?
