Okay, we're live. Hi, this is William Ramsey. Welcome to William Ramsey Investigates on today's show. I have a returning guest, a very special guest. His name is Tim Tate. This is not our first discussion about his work. We talked back in 2019 about a book he published titled Hitler's Secret Army, A Hidden History of Spies, Saboteurs, and traitors in World War II.

And then just last month, we talked about a new publication he had, which was the spy who was left out in the cold, the secret history of Agent Golanowski and both excellent books.

He does excellent work, a lot of great research, which you can find at his website, which is

But today we're going to talk about a book that

I think the second edition just came out. The title of that book is The Assassination of Robert

F. Kennedy, Crime, Conspiracy, and Cover Up, a new investigation, very timely considering that

Sirhan Sirhan has been in the news. And I actually saw the son of Robert F. Kennedy on TV here in the U.S.

pleading for mercy for Sirhan, Surhan.

So I think this is an excellent time to talk about this book.

For people who may not know, like this is, I mean, in the intro of this book, you talk about how long you've really researched this subject.

Can you talk about your background in relation to the RFK assassination and your interest in, and

who Brad Johnson was, who was your co-author on this book?

I first got involved in the RFK case in 1988, so quite some time ago, when an old CIA contract agent got in touch with me and wanted me to read a manuscript that he'd written about the case.

I have to say the manuscript was awful.
