Summary

In today's episode, I discuss the method I use to remember lessons that resonate deeply with me. I detail my approach to capturing these insights, whether they come from conversations, media, or personal experiences, and the importance of organizing them into relevant categories such as leadership, marketing, and mindset. Every Sunday is dedicated to reflecting on these lessons, ensuring they remain an active part of my growth. By associating each lesson with a story and categorizing them by topic, I efficiently recall and apply these lessons across various aspects of life, enhancing my journey towards personal and professional excellence. And my question is, do you have the practice of this one of the things they say is you'll forget lessons you'll learn lessons and you'll get and you'll continue to repeat it so you learn it you have a practice of how you learn them how you get them to admit your benefit.

1:26.8

picture of or I type it into an email, eventually all the lessons that resonate with me in a day go into an email into my inbox and I have a folder that says lessons in my outlook inbox

1:39.0

Every day I drag those lessons into that folder. On Sundays I allot a certain amount of time

1:46.0

to go through every Sunday no matter where I am or who I am with every Sunday I give

1:52.0

a minimum of 10 minutes a day to go through that folder starting
