We have probably grown probably five times.

We've added, I think when we first started with you, we had 60 to 65 employees, and now we have a little over 300 employees.

Before we got involved with Thrive Time, we didn't really have

any systems or processes in place. Setting clear, compelling goals. Without a target, you will

drift. Most people go through life without a clear direction, hoping that things will somehow

work out.

But hope is not a strategy.

It is not enough to simply wish for a better future.

You must define it.

You must be specific about what you want and why it matters.

Most people fail because their goals are vague.

They say they want success, but what does that really mean?

They say they want more money.

But how much?

They say they want to be better, but in what way?

If you cannot articulate your goals with precision,

you will never build the momentum necessary to achieve them goals must be measurable they must have a deadline they must be

so clear that there is no room for confusion because when your goals are

precise your actions become focused and when your actions are focused, progress becomes inevitable.

Growing up, I was surrounded by cowboys and pickup trucks and football and Friday night lights.

And I was a guy that was like quietly listening to Peter Gabriel and like import CDs that I,

that I was getting from my uncle who lived in London.
