Well, sometimes the conversations get so heated or amazing that we have to do a part

two.

We must learn from the past, Sankofa. We must know things and we must talk to people who know.

We can't just Google search this stuff. Otis Moss, Dr. Reverend Otis Moss is here, the third.

And joining us is Dr. Cheryl LaRose. She is a research professor and anthropologist. I'm going to go archaeologists. She's

out here doing the work that we need. This is so important what you're doing. This is so important. And I thank you

from the bottom of my heart. This is liberation. This is liberation. We were talking before the break about

the AME church. And this makes so much sense. Each new church becomes a stop

on the Underground Railroad. Makes so much sense in plain sight. Yes. Why were they able to build?

Did no one ever consider that this might be a possibility, or were they so caught up in their

own supremacy that they couldn't imagine, to your point?

It's multiple.

They face a lot of opposition.

They give them a really hard time in Baltimore.

The churches get burned several times.

You see that the AME Church carries the title of the church militant. I don't know if you've ever seen that.

Sometimes I call it the abolition church. But there are other preachers who sometimes paved

the way. They might be masons and they might go in and kind of ease the path in and reassure them that,

well, you know, they're not really what you think they are.
