Summary
Most of us have felt insecure from time to time. Occasionally that insecurity shows up as imposter syndrome, or feeling like a fraud or unworthy of the position you hold.
On this episode we explore the different reasons imposter syndrome might arise for yoga teachers and how to reframe things so that you don't get in your own way. We also reflect on the role that gender can play, and when imposter syndrome might be an important signal that you don't want to ignore.

| 1:24.6 | So my impulse was to kind of deny it and just not deny that people had imposter syndrome, but |
| 1:32.2 | to essentially talk it up as pure insecurity, right? And then the more I got to thinking about it, |
| 1:40.0 | and the more people have brought this up over the years, the more I realized like, oh, |
| 1:45.6 | now this is something to actually go a little bit more deeply in. So it's something that I have |
| 1:51.4 | spent more time trying to understand and kind of see that, oh, well, there's a dynamic world here, |
