One of the most interesting parts of having a practical and optimistic

non-synical and negative point of view is how long you're dwell time.

Oh, and good, very good. How long you're dwell time and anxious time is on issues.

I'm practical and I'm very optimistic and very positive, but I'm a human being and I struggle

with things every day. The differences when your macro perspective isn't hope and love and good

and warm versus the reverse, grounded in security versus insecurity and worrying about judgment.

What ends up happening is the shit that hits the fan for me every day, which is a lot given what I do.

Sometimes lasts six seconds, six minutes, six hours if it's a huge fucking issue.

How are you my friend? Six days if it's a very big fucking issue.

For a lot of people that are the reverse, they're sitting on a small issue for six years instead of six

minutes. There's nobody who's positive and happy and carefree and not anxious every second of the day.

What it is is how long it sits as an anxious or negative situation. There's people in my family

and my organizations that sit on shit on grudges on being upset about something for literally for six

months. When it comes to my desk or others I see is a six second issue.

There's a lot to this. This is the Gary V. Audio Experience.

Gary's been three years since I've seen you and it's been way too long. It's nice to do that.

It's nice to be back. We're always back here. This is like the third time I've interviewed you in this

room and it's always awesome when I hear from you when we're in touch. I'm hoping that we can
