I'm I'm happy to be back on board. But I'm more happy to be back

on board because Life and the Peloton has got some exciting news. Over the offseason, we're able to do

some training and have some chats and we've been able to collaborate with another fantastic

podcast out there, a big cycling family, the cycling podcast.

And I'm very honored to say that I've got Lion and Bernie online now from the

cycling podcast to help me explain a little bit about what's happened in the offseason

and why Life in the Peloton has collaborated with the cycling podcast. Welcome.

Thanks, Mitch. It's great to be here. It's great to be able to explain how our collaboration

came about. Quite simply, the Life in the Peloton podcast that you've been doing for a few years

has become one of our favorite podcasts to listen to when we've been traveling around the grand tours, the Tour de

France, the Jura d'Ita, Spainia. Obviously, lots of driving from the stage starts to the stage

finishes. So we're always in need of good podcasts to listen to. And we kind of fell in love with your

relaxed conversational style. I was going to say interviewing style,

but what you do is not really interviewing in a conventional sense. It's much more of a conversation

that you have with your guests. And so, well, we approached you and asked whether you would

like to collaborate with us. And so, well, I'm going to say it,

it's the biggest transfer of the cycling off season.

It definitely is.

And it's exciting because, you know, I love doing these podcasts.

And it's been great for me on the road.
