This week I'm very happy to welcome an exciting new artist. with episode 190 of the Anguna Deep Edition.

This week I'm very happy to welcome an exciting new artist to our label family,

a young Swedish producer who goes by the name Board.

His real name is Board Ericsson and he's a classically trained musician based in Stockholm, where he plays the double bass with the Swedish Royal Opera and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

When he's not performing around Sweden with his various orchestras,

Board makes beautifully cinematic electronic music, combining his classical background with modern influences, which include everything

from Apex Twin and Burial through to DJ Shadow and Massive Attack.

This week he released Blind, the first single from his new six-track mini album, Static, which is out on our

Junidep on April the 6th. Head over to our Facebook page or our

YouTube channel to check out the music video for Blind. Board not only sings on

the track, but stars in the video which he directed himself. Static is available to pre-order now digitally and on vinyl.
