Listen, there are no two other words I'd rather hear.

And I think back to, I'm reminded of, when I was playing baseball as a young boy around 12 years old, we had a great team. We won

the championship each year, that kind of thing. But we had a young man on our team at that age

who was deaf and he had hearing aids. And, you know, that was very odd to have, you know,

a handicapped person on a baseball team at that time. A guy's name was Randy. And, you know, honestly, the other kids on the team, they accepted him and stuff,

but, you know, they occasionally would make fun of him and that kind of thing.

But Randy was out in right field, and I'll never forget, after every single practice,

when we'd all huddle up there on the pitcher's mound, Randy would be running in, excited as he could be,

and he would always say this to our coach. He would say, Coach Johnson, did I do a good job?

Did I do a good job? And you know, it was years later, I looked back on that and I thought to
