Welcome to part four of a series that we're doing here at the Olympic Files.

That series being titled Once Upon a Time, relating directly to the fact that what we've been fed about the origins of this country and some of its actions, if not all, have been pretty much been a myth, a fairy tale, and which is saying why.

So, once again, I'm Al.

I'm Theo.

And I'm going to start off this time.

I promised last time out, much to everyone's chagrin, I'm sure, that I was going to read

something from a book entitled, Sources of the Constitution. The link was up there from the last

time around. Maybe you've gone there already. What I'm going to read is from Chapter 2. This

book was written by a Brit. I believe it was what, 1894. I don't have that exactly in front

of me. I think that was the year all right uh sounds right yeah you know i

guess these things i should just go ahead and do it right well the late 1800s are an interesting

time in history the number of books you and i come across that are out of print that tell

roughly the same story are phenomenal.

They all come from between 1850 and 1900.

Yeah, this is 1894, and the reason why I believe that makes sense what you just said

was I believe that there was a changing of the guard.

We referred to this already, and that is after the brits got a pretty good bloody

nose of the borer war and this is from cecil road's own mouth and that is they had they no longer

had uh they could no longer fight the wars their best by right let me get this their best blood could no

longer fight the wars so

they realized they needed some help i mean it is that tiny island whatever that thing is from

shakespeare that blessed turf or whatever um but i mean obviously the world was getting bigger so
