I am so used to introducing segments about the Dallas Stars and then talking about the Dallas Stars with

you, Bruce, because that's what we do.

That's where we earn our keep on the Stars pre and post game show, which hopefully

we'll see once again in late September.

That's four months away.

Yeah, it's interesting in the fact that 84 game season this year, adding two games,

and it will start, at least from all the reports you've seen, the last weekend of September

will be the first game of the regular season.

And let's face it, after last year's condensed schedule, boy, I want to see some schedule

with some days off and practice time and

time to recover because last year, it was a beating.

And then you look at the amount of players at the store sent to the Olympics and how banged

up they were when they came back.

Man, this year, it would be nice to go back to normalcy for the Dallas stores for at least schedule-wise for next year. It's weird to think it's been, sorry, three and a half weeks already and four months away. It'll be here before we know it. And we're talking stars in this segment, of course. So that's part of the reason. But go ahead. I was going to say, and then on top of it, I said, we'll go back to a normal season for the Dallas stars.

How normal, though, that's a big question that the offseason is going to have to provide.

So everybody's wondering what's next with Jason Robertson, and it's important to note that he is not a UFA, but an RFA.

The stars still have his rights.
