1:13.2	Housing Wire. Just came out as titled, The 25-year Housing Surge and Why the Boom is Just Beginning.
1:21.4	And I thought this was a really interesting piece because I just noticed some comments on the last
1:26.6	YouTube show I did and people saying,
1:29.2	oh, you know, we're ready for the crash.
1:31.9	Don't buy anything now.
1:33.6	And I was sort of arguing.
1:35.4	And then I thought, what am I doing arguing with people online?
1:38.5	Why do I do that?
1:39.6	Anyway, so this was kind of an interesting perspective, some of which I agree, some I don't. But the big point they make is that there is an 84 trillion, that's T trillion wealth transfer coming over the next 20 years. And this is a huge deal that people need to pay attention to, that as the older generation
