For my 200th episode, I would be sharing the three things I did

Before I reveal the three big things, let me give you a quick summary of the ups and downs I

experienced with my blogs over the last year. In October of 2019, I made the decision that I was

going to venture out from my home and rent an office. I have three blogs that each get over

one million monthly visitors. I need it to hire an in-person editor to manage the day-to-day

operations of those three blogs.

While everything else that I need for my blogs is accomplished through contract labor,

I felt that I needed to be working face to face with my editor.

I started off modestly with a 100-square-foot office in an executive suite,

and me and my new employee hit the ground running.

By February 2020, traffic was growing fast. I decided that I would be acquiring a couple of

existing blogs each year to build out a media empire. On March 1st, I moved into my new 500 square foot office. This would be the home of my next

three employees. Fortunately, because of my medical history, I am very reluctant to lock into

long-term contracts, so the lease was only six months long. Two weeks later, I think you know what happened.
