story, your journey along the way. Yeah, I sometimes joke around that my background looks more

like a Jackson Pollock painting than any sort of obvious career path. It's sort of all over the place. But I think some of the unifying themes across it is I really enjoy making the complex simple. And so I think that's why nutrition has been a good fit for me. I think the topic could change. But I think that with nutrition and so much misinformation online, that I definitely

have my work kind of cut out for me with it. So that's really what I got started in. Actually,

I had to do some continuing education for CrossFit. That's why I started a master's in nutrition.

So that's ultimately why I started optimise me nutrition. And I just really love making it sustainable
