Mentally, physically, my recovery score for anybody else that does whoop 12% on this day of recording, which is not where you want to be.

So, you know, it was a rough, it was a rough night's sleep and, and I feel it.

And so I'm going to rely on you, Kyle.

I need you to carry this team today.

I need you to bring the energy.

I did have an extra, you know, serving of caffeine before this to hopefully jumpstart things.

But if all goes according to plan,

I will be asleep tonight by 9 o'clock. That's good. There's nothing wrong because that is

part of the plan of a good recovery score is going to bed early. I'm just trying to get back to like

40%. Yeah. It is nice though. Betts and I can kind of check in along with the rest of footballers.

It's a, you know, fun little competitive thing that we have. Half competitive, half a chance to give each other grace when like, oh no, Betz is at 12%. He's like running on fumes. You know, we didn't even get to talk about it. Kids. Kids didn't sleep well. It was honestly my own fault one of my really good friends

from high school was in town and i mean we just went crazy last night dude gavin what a jerk
