| 1:15.0 | You actually can't go with the pulse rate because if the nervous system is broken, |
| 1:20.0 | your pulse rate might be low but you're huffing and puffing. |
| 1:24.0 | So I'd rather go based on your own subjective feeling |
| 1:28.0 | how hard it is and how go by your breathing basically. |
| 1:32.0 | So low intensity workouts you can actually talk to |
| 1:34.4 | someone while you're walking comfortably. Here you can't you're huffing and puffing |
| 1:40.7 | okay so this is called without air because it's called anaerobic without air because |
