Summary

The guys are back after Sunday services to talk about the doctrine of perseverance from The 1689 Confession, Chapter 17, and look at the issue of “backsliding.” Though God preserves the Christian to the end, it is still possible to “fall into grievous sins, and for a time continue therein.” How does this happen, and what are the consequences of backsliding? Plus, Jimmy hangs out with everyone, but Joe.
